Kotlovartex supplies English-language PDF guides. No physical package is shipped, and there are no shipping charges. Purchases are delivered using the email address supplied with the order.
2. When your guide arrives
Our standard delivery is by email within 2 business days after payment confirmation. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays in Latvia. Despite the name of this policy, instant delivery is not promised: the website does not itself verify payment or generate a protected download. If the external payment page provides a configured download, follow the instructions shown there.
3. Before and after payment
The Buy guide button opens a brief preparation screen and then the configured external payment page. A redirect is not evidence that a payment succeeded. If no payment link is available, the preparation screen shows a message and a way to contact us; no payment is collected on that screen.
4. Free Kit
An introductory sample is available on the Free Kit page. A configured link may provide the complete free guide. If no link is available, email us to request Free Kit. No payment is required for the free item.
5. Technical requirements
To read a guide, you need an email address and a device with a PDF reader. To practise code, you need a compatible Kotlin environment; some topics need additional libraries as described in their guides. PDF reading and code execution are separate activities. Guides are in English and do not include a live class or a hosted programming environment.
6. Delivery problems
Check spam or junk mail and confirm that you used the correct email address. If delivery is late or a file does not open, contact RoseBrandl74@hotmail.com with your order reference. We will check the order and arrange a resend or another appropriate remedy. Please do not send full card details.
7. Your consumer rights
Supply of digital content does not automatically remove a right of withdrawal. Any legally required consent to early supply and acknowledgement of losing that right must be obtained and confirmed through an appropriate order process. See the Refund Policy for cancellation and remedies. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights.
