Our FAQ covers guide formats, choosing a course, and how delivery works. For purchase questions, include the email address used at checkout and the name of your guide.

Missing a guide?

Check your spam folder first. If your guide has not arrived within 2 business days of payment confirmation, email us so we can check and resend it.

Keep payment details private

Please do not send card numbers, security codes, bank passwords, or identity documents. An order reference is enough to begin looking into a payment question.

Refunds and privacy

You can use the same email address for a refund request or a personal data request.
